DISTRICT TO HOST WATCH PARTY FOR GAMES 1 AND 2

Rockford, Ill. – With the Rockford IceHogs set to begin the Western Conference Semifinals on the road for Games 1 and 2, fans can catch all the action from the Van Andel Arena and cheer on the IceHogs with other Rockford faithful at District Bar & Grill.

The team has partnered with District Bar & Grill, located at 205 W. State St., in downtown Rockford, and will host road watch parties for Games 1 and 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals. Admission to each watch party is free for all ages.

Each party will feature an IceHogs first goal pool for a chance to win autographed memorabilia. Fans can submit who they think will score first for the IceHogs and one random correct guess will win autographed gear courtesy of the goal scorer. Entry forms for the goal pool must be turned in prior to the start of each game to be eligible.

All fans in attendance can take advantage of great food and drink specials provided by District Bar & Grill.

The IceHogs will return to the Rockford for Games 3, 4, and 5 (if necessary) beginning on Wednesday, May 13. Tickets can be purchased by stopping at the BMO Harris Bank Center Box Office, calling (815) 968-5222, online through IceHogs.com or any Ticketmaster location. Individual game tickets for the Western Conference Semifinals start as low at $19.

Next Home Game: Wednesday, May 13, Western Conference Semifinals - Game 3, vs. Grand Rapids Griffins. Face-off is at 7 p.m. The IceHogs will return home to the BMO Harris Bank Center for Game 3 when the best-of-seven series shifts to Rockford. The first 2,500 fans will receive a rally towel courtesy of BMO Harris Bank. The festivities will begin prior to puck drop during a Pregame Block Party, sponsored by Swedish American Hospital starting at 4 p.m.
