Dach Recalled From Conditioning Assignment
ROCKFORD, Ill. – The Chicago Blackhawks today announced they have recalled forward Kirby Dach from his conditioning assignment with the American Hockey League’s Rockford IceHogs.
Dach, 18, was originally assigned to the IceHogs on Oct 12. The third overall pick from the 2019 NHL Draft made his professional debut with Rockford that night, firing three shots on goal in the Hogs loss’ to the Grand Rapids Griffins. Overall, Dach skated in three games, combined for seven total shots and helped the IceHogs secure their first win of the season with a 3-2 triumph over the Chicago Wolves on Friday.
Dach is tied with defenseman Cam Barker for the highest overall draft pick to play for the IceHogs in Rockford team history.
