Brian Campbell To Appear At Taste of Chicago Wednesday

Where: Taste Of Chicago, Grant Park, Taste Sports Pavilion (corner of Columbus and Balbo)

What: Chicago Blackhawks defenseman Brian Campbell will appear at the Taste Of Chicago on Wednesday, July 1 as part of Blackhawks Day at the Taste. The Blackhawks Booth is located in the Taste Sports Pavilion, at the South Entrance of the Taste of Chicago (corner of Columbus and Balbo). The booth has been a fixture throughout the entire duration of the annual festival.

The Blackhawks will host a free hockey clinic from 12:00 – 1:00 P.M. (CT) on July 1st. Campbell will assist with the latter half of the clinic, and sign autographs for fans until 2:00 P.M. (CT).

Campbell’s 2008-09 campaign, his first in Chicago, included a spot in the starting lineup for the Western Conference at the NHL All-Star Game in Montreal. The three-time NHL All-Star paced Blackhawks defensemen with 45 assists and 52 points, the most by a Chicago blueliner in 13 years.
