BOMBER HATS, UGLY XMAS SWEATER CONTEST HEADLINE WEDNESDAY

Wednesday, Dec. 21 vs. Chicago Wolves
The Rockford IceHogs are treating fans to a promotion-packed night for their Illinois Lottery Cup matchup against the Chicago Wolves next Wednesday (Dec. 21) at 7 p.m. at the BMO Harris Bank Center. The contest is the IceHogs final home game before the Christmas holiday, and will include a bomber hat giveaway, courtesy of Pepsi, and prizes for fans wearing the “best” ugly Christmas sweaters.
Time: Puck drop is 7 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m.
Bomber Hat Giveaway: The first 1,500 fans in attendance will receive an IceHogs bomber hat, courtesy of Pepsi. This year’s has a red and black plaid pattern with the IceHogs logo stitched onto the front panel.
Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest: Fans are invited to wear their ugliest Christmas sweater to Wednesday’s game for a chance to win prizes. An IceHogs panel of judges will be nominating fans for the ugliest sweaters prior to Wednesday’s puck drop, and the winners will be crowed through fan voting during the evening’s game.
WXRX Dollar Days & Winning Weekdays: Wednesday is also the fourth of 10 Winning Weekday games, presented by Fas Fuel, where after every IceHogs weekday home win (Monday – Thursday), all fans in attendance can redeem their game ticket for a FREE ticket of equal or lesser value to the next weekday game. In addition, as part of WXRX Dollar Days fans can take advantage of $2 beers, soft drinks, hot dogs and companion tickets.
The IceHogs will also award one lucky fan in attendance with a $50 gas card courtesy of Fas Fuel.
