Chicago, Ill. - The Chicago Blackhawks announced today they have recalled forward Peter Regin from the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League.

Regin, 28, has posted 10 points (4g-6a) for the IceHogs, tying him with Mark McNeill for the team lead in points through the first 11 games. Regin paces the club with two game-winning tallies, both in overtime, including the IceHogs 5-4 victory against Lake Erie on Nov. 4.

The 28 year-old registered four points (2g-2a) in 17 regular season contests for the Blackhawks in 2013-14 and also appeared in five 2014 Stanley Cup Playoff games.
