BLACKHAWKS RECALL HARTMAN
Chicago, Ill. - The Chicago Blackhawks announced today they have recalled forward Ryan Hartman from the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League.
Hartman, a West Dundee, Ill., native, has tallied five points (3G, 2A) and 18 penalty minutes over eight games with the IceHogs this season; his three goals rank second on the team. The 21-year-old has notched two penalty minutes over five career National Hockey League games, all with Chicago last season. He has totaled 49 points (19G, 30A) through 86 career AHL games over the past three seasons, all with Rockford. Hartman was the Blackhawks’ first-round pick (30th overall) in the 2013 NHL Draft.
Next Home Game: Friday, Oct. 30 vs. Iowa Wild at 7 p.m. The IceHogs welcome the Wild to the BMO Harris Bank Center for the second time in two weeks. Halloween is taking over the arena! Fans are encouraged to wear their costumes to the game. The team will host a Trick-or-Treat event, where players will give out candy to fans. The first 500 kids (14 and under) receive a trick-or-treat bag and toothbrush compliments of Dr. Zak's Tooth Fairy Castle.
