Blackhawks Recall Bolland, Assign St. Pierre
General Manager Dale Tallon announced today that the Blackhawks have recalled forward Dave Bolland from Rockford and have assigned forward Martin St. Pierre to Rockford in the AHL.
Bolland has played in 16 games at Rockford posting 6 goals and 4 assists for 10 points with 22 penalty minutes and a +2 rating.
This will be Bolland’s third recall of the season by the Blackhawks. He has played in 18 games for the Blackhawks this season scoring 1 goal to go along with 5 assists for 6 points with 6 penalty minutes. Bolland suffered a broken finger while blocking a shot on December 23rd against Edmonton and missed 15 games before being re-assigned to Rockford on January 30th.
St. Pierre was recalled by the Blackhawks on January 29th. He appeared in 4 games since being recalled and did not score. This was St. Pierre’s second recall of the season by the Blackhawks. Overall for the Blackhawks this season, St. Pierre has played in 5 games and has not scored.
