Chicago, Ill. - The Chicago Blackhawks announced today they have reassigned forward Ryan Hartman to the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League.

Hartman, a West Dundee, Ill., native, has recorded one assist in three games with Chicago and five points (3G, 2A) over eight games with Rockford this season. The 21-year-old has notched one assist and two penalty minutes over eight career National Hockey League games since he made his debut with Chicago last season. He has totaled 49 points (19G, 30A) through 86 career AHL games over the past three seasons, all with Rockford. Hartman was the Blackhawks’ first-round pick (30th overall) in the 2013 NHL Draft.

Next Home Game: Saturday, Nov. 7 vs. Milwaukee Admirals at 7 p.m.: The IceHogs will pay tribute to all armed service personnel with Military Appreciation Night when the Milwaukee Admirals come to town. The first 1,500 fans will receive bomber hats compliments of Pepsi.
