Blackhawks Assign Toninato to IceHogs

The Chicago Blackhawks today announced that the team has assigned forward Dominic Toninato to the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League.

Toninato, 31, has recorded one assist in five games with the Blackhawks during the 2025-26 campaign. He has also logged 17 points (5G, 12A) in 24 games with the IceHogs this season.

Up next, the Hogs travel to Milwaukee on Tuesday, December 30 at 6:30 p.m. to take on the Admirals. Rockford is back home on Wednesday, December 31 at 4:00 p.m. hosting the Chicago Wolves. It's a Screw City Night with Pizza Hut Family Packs and tickets are available at icehogs.com.
