Blackhawks Assign Dominic Toninato to IceHogs

The Chicago Blackhawks today announced that the team has assigned forward Dominic Toninato to the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League.

Toninato, 31, has logged one assist in five games with the Blackhawks during the 2025-26 campaign. He has also recorded 17 points (5G, 12A) in 25 games with the IceHogs this season.

The IceHogs now hit the road to take on the Hershey Bears on Saturday, January 3 at 6:00 p.m. Rockford is back home on on Friday, January 9 at 7:00 p.m. for a $2 beer night. Tickets are available at icehogs.com.
