BLACKHAWKS ANNOUNCE DATES FOR PRESEASON AND REGULAR-SEASON SINGLE-GAME TICKET SALES
The Chicago Blackhawks announced today that single-game tickets for 2012 preseason games at the United Center will go on sale on Monday, August 6, and 2012-13 regular-season games will go on sale on Monday, August 20. Tickets will be available for purchase exclusively at ticketmaster.com or by calling Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000. Customers will be able to purchase up to eight (8) tickets during the sales.
Tickets for preseason games versus the Philadelphia Flyers, Detroit Red Wings and Pittsburgh Penguins will go on sale at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 6. The Blackhawks open their 2012 home preseason schedule on Friday, September 28 when they host the Red Wings at the United Center.
Blackhawks tickets for the 2012-13 regular-season slate will go on sale at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 20. Chicago will kick off the season on Saturday, October 13 when they welcome the Columbus Blue Jackets to the United Center.
Chicago led the National Hockey League in attendance for the fourth consecutive year during the 2011-12 regular season, in addition to setting a franchise record with 190 consecutive sellouts (regular and postseason).
