BID ON ROCKFORD PEACHES PINK IN THE RINK JERSEYS

PITR Auction
ROCKFORD, Ill. – The Rockford IceHogs today announced that four specialized jerseys from Friday’s Pink in the Rink (presented by SwedishAmerican) will be available for online bidding at the IceHogs’ eBay store beginning tonight, Jan. 30 at 9 p.m.
The 2017-18 Pink in the Rink jerseys are a replica of the uniforms worn by the original Rockford Peaches baseball team, who are celebrating their 75th anniversary in 2018. The pink-colored sweater features the Rockford Peaches logo—a version of Rockford’s city seal—on the chest, with a widespread collar pattern and buttons printed on the front to match the original jerseys. A striking red belt design encircles the midriff, as it would look on the real baseball uniform.
The online auctions can be accessed via the IceHogs’ eBay Store and includes:
(NOTE: Auction links included below will become live when bidding opens at 9 p.m.)
Each jersey will include a certificate of authenticity. Auctions will conclude next Tuesday, Jan. 6, at 9 p.m. Please note, the customizable jersey cannot include the name and number of a current IceHogs player.
Funds from the online auction will then be totaled along with the money raised during Friday’s live-jersey auction, with a portion of the combined proceeds benefitting breast cancer research. Friday’s jersey auction raised over $29,000.
