Game Preview: IceHogs Wrap Up Three-in-Three This Afternoon Against The Wolves
Rockford, IL- The Rockford IceHogs (28-36-3-2) will play the final game of their three game weekend as they battle the Chicago Wolves (32-21-8-7) with a 3 p.m. puck drop at Allstate Arena.

Tale of the Tape: The IceHogs have taken back-to-back win over their instate rival, most recently with a 4-2 win on March 22 in Rosemont. The IceHogs enter the afternoon contest with a 5-2 win over Grand Rapids last night while the Wolves fell to Milwaukee in a 4-3 shootout. On The Road Again: The IceHogs conclude the 2025-26 campaign with four games away from Rockford. Rockford is at the tail end of a stretch of three games in three different cities as they took down the Griffins last night in Grand Rapids. Rockford ends the season with a two game series in Texas next weekend against the Stars. The IceHogs enter the final stretch of the season with a 16-15-2 record away from home, having won their previous four road games.
Pitlick Produces Again Forward Rem Pitlick tallied his 16 goal with Rockford with an empty net goal. Pitlick, 29, has 22 total goals this season between Bakersfield and Rockford. The Ontario native also picked up an assist in last night's game, recording his 15th multi-point game this season. Pitlick's season high came in his return with Rockford on Dec. 20 in Manitoba where he scored a goal and picked up three assists for a four point effort. 34 of Pitlick's 49 points have come with the IceHogs
Lombardi Helps Lift Hogs: Kevin Lombardi recorded the tying goal against Grand Rapids last night. Lombardi, who is in his first full season with the IceHogs, has collected 23 points (13G, 10A) through 42 games. Four of Lombardi's points have come against the Wolves, recording three goals and an assist in seven games against the instate rival. Lombardi has picked up points in back-to-back games for the fourth time this season.
