Game Preview: IceHogs Return From Break, Host Admirals
Rockford, IL- The Rockford IceHogs (17-26-2-2) return from the All-Star break to host the Milwaukee Admirals (19-20-2-2) tonight at at 7 p.m. The IceHogs took the last meeting last Saturday in Milwaukee. Four points separate the two rivals in the standings heading into tonight's game.

Rockford Shines: The city of Rockford impressed representatives from around the AHL during the 2026 AHL All-Star Classic. From game presentation moments featuring Jim Cornelison, to hosting the Hall of Fame Ceremony at the Coronado, the league got to experience what makes Rockford special. The event was capped off by a sellout for the All-Star Challenge where the Pacific division took down the Central.
Season Series: The IceHogs will look to make it back-to-back wins after their 3-1 win over the Ad's last weekend. The Hogs enter tonight's contest four points behind the Admirals for the final playoff position in the division with 25 games remaining. Rockford is led by Ethan Del Mastro who has seven points against Milwaukee this season while Nick Lardis has four goals against the Admirals this season.
Centennial Weekend: The IceHogs will be celebrating the Blackhawks Centennial season this weekend at the BMO Center. Both the IceHogs and Admirals will wear their retro-themed jerseys to celebrate the 90th season of the American Hockey League. Goaltender Scott Darling will join the IceHogs Sunday and will sign a limited number of autographs before the game. Darling spent two seasons with Rockford before winning the Stanley Cup with the Blackhawks in 2015.
