2024-25 Credential Policy
2024-25 ROCKFORD ICEHOGS CREDENTIAL INFORMATION
For the 2024-25 season, all scouting and media credential requests will be handled on a game-by-game basis. Credential requests must be sent in by the Sports Editor/Director or NHL/AHL club on behalf of any employee seeking accreditation. Credential requests must be emailed to Dana Grey (dgrey@blackhawks.com) no later than the end of the last business day (4 p.m. CT) before the game desired (or by 5 p.m. CT on Friday for a weekend or Monday game).
Media Availability
All IceHogs media availability will be in-person only unless scheduled in advance via Zoom or Teams and done outside the IceHogs locker room following the conclusion of home games at BMO Center as well as during media-day sessions (traditionally on Tuesdays). IceHogs personnel will be brought outside of the locker room on the event level for in-person interviews. Access to the event level will continue through the BMO Center security checkpoint. From the concourse, members of the media will continue to use the freight stairs (across from Oak Leaf Grill). For media members unable to attend, full sessions will be posted on the team’s YouTube channel, YouTube.com/IceHogsFilms.
Gameday Arrival Instructions
Parking: Please park in Lot 5, which is located on the corner of Church and Elm St. on the north side of the BMO Center. Entrance to the lot is accessible off of Church and Elm. St (Elm from the West). This lot has closer access to the security entrance off of Church Street.
Entrance Procedure: All media and scouting staff attending should enter through the BMO Center Security Entrance (doors off Church St.) and pick up their credentials at the security desk.
Press Box Seating
All media and scouting staff will be assigned individual workstations in the new BMO Center press box located at the top of sections 218 and 219. Seating is limited and not guaranteed.
