What is auto-renewal?
Auto-renewal is a process designed to simplify the ownership and management of your Rockford IceHogs season ticket membership. As a season ticket member for the 2022-2023 season, your membership will continue to be automatically renewed for future years with the payment method you have on file with the IceHogs.

What can I expect?
In early January 2023, your season ticket membership will automatically roll over and be renewed for the 2023-2024 season. All memberships will be placed on the ten-month payment plan (January 20 - October 20) utilizing the credit card on file. You will be given at least thirty (30) days notice via email prior to the initial payment being run.

What if I choose not to renew?
The opt-out period for the 2023-2024 season will be from December 12, 2022 to January 13, 2023. You will be notified via email of the opt out period prior to December 12, 2022.

Is auto-renewal mandatory?
All full and partial season ticket memberships will be enrolled in the auto-renewal program. You will receive notification and have the opportunity to opt-out of your ticket membership prior to having your ticket membership auto-renewed for the 2023-2024 season.

What payment options are available?
Season ticket memberships will be placed on a ten month payment plan using the credit card on file. You may also contact the IceHogs ticket services team to pay your balance in full.

When will my card be charged?
Auto-renewal for the 2023-2024 season will take place in early January 2023 with the first of ten monthly payments running on January 20. If the 20^th falls on a weekend or holiday, your scheduled payment will run on the first business day after the 20^th.
