The Blackhawks and Oilers will begin their best-of-five Qualifying Round series on Saturday, Aug. 1 in Edmonton, Alberta - the hub city for all 12 Western Conference teams in the 2020 Stanley Cup Qualifiers and the opening two rounds of the 2020 Stanley Cup Playoffs.

QUALIFYING ROUND SCHEDULE

Game 1: Aug. 1
Game 2: Aug. 3
Game 3: Aug. 5

As the lower seed, Chicago will be designated the road team for Games 1, 2 and 5, and the home team for Games 3 and 4. Exact start times and a complete broadcast schedule for all five games will be determined in the coming days.

Games have been scheduled on a staggered basis to provide hours of continuous action. The start times for the 10 days of Stanley Cup Qualifiers in Toronto (Eastern Conference games) will be: 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. CT. In order to maximize the viewing experience for fans across North America, the start times for the three game windows in Edmonton (Western Conference games) - 1 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. CT - may fluctuate by up to 30 minutes during the qualifying round. Exactly which window the five Blackhawks-Oilers games fall will be determined soon.
