The 2012-13 season will be Fritz’s first season with the IceHogs as a Communications Intern. Fritz is originally from Cumberland, Maine and studied journalism at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY.

He has been a radio journalist in Brisbane, Australia, a staff writer for the local Rochester newspaper Democrat and Chronicle and a play-by-play announcer for the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide (FCBL) in Old Orchard Beach, ME.

He is also a fan of the Miami Marlins, New York Jets and Orlando Magic. In his spare time, Fritz enjoys playing golf, baseball and basketball.
