The 2012-2013 season is Ryan's seventh with the Rockford IceHogs. Born and raised in Rockford, Ryan graduated from Guilford High School in 1999. He went on to Bradley University where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing in 2004.

Ryan's responsibilities include selling all of the IceHogs ticket inventory including season tickets, groups, minipacks and suites. In the summer of 2010, Ryan was recognized by the American Hockey League for having led the AHL's Western Conference in new full season ticket sales. Ryan also serves as the director of the Runts Kids Club.

Ryan is an avid fan of the Chicago Bears, Cubs and Blackhawks. He currently lives in Loves Park with his wife Kara, and their cat, Wrigley.
