Hogs host Chicago on Oct. 2 at the BMO
Rockford, Ill.- Hockey is set to return to the BMO Harris Bank Center on Thursday, Oct. 2 and the Rockford IceHogs, along with the Rockford Register Star, are offering free admission when the IceHogs take on the Chicago Wolves at 7 p.m.
The IceHogs are encouraging fans to bring a non-perishable food item (canned fruit and vegetables preferred) to the game. The food will be donated to the Rock River Valley Food Pantry and each fan who donates an item will receive a coupon good for a buy one, get one free ticket voucher for any IceHogs October home game (limit one coupon per person).
Doors for the game will open at 6 p.m. for the general public and 5:30 p.m. for season ticket holders.
Rockford opens training camp on Sunday, Sept. 28 and will play two preseason contests, including a second tilt in Milwaukee against the Admirals on Friday, Oct. 3,
