IceHogs hosting a Pick-A-Seat event on Sept. 25

Rockford, Ill.- As the Rockford IceHogs prepare for the upcoming campaign, season ticket holders are invited to lend a hand in painting the ice surface at the BMO Harris Bank Center. The ice painting will take place, along with the IceHogs’ Pick-A-Seat event, on Tuesday, Sept. 25 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

All current full-season ticket holders and 20-pack holders who partake in the event will get the opportunity to paint part of the ice surface and get a picture taken on the freshly laid ice. All 2012-13 IceHogs ticket holders who have paid in full or placed a deposit are invited to attend the event.

Don’t have season tickets, but still want to paint the ice? Fans can attend the Pick-A-Seat from 12:30 p.m-2:30 p.m. and choose a ticket package that fits your needs. Click here to check out ticket package options. To paint the ice, a $50 deposit is required on a full-season ticket package or a 20-game package, and deposits can be paid at the Pick-A-Seat.

To access the “Paint-The-Ice” event, enter through the BMO Harris Bank Center’s Box Office. Due to the sensitive ice installation timeline, the event will only be open from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

IceHogs staff members will be on-hand at the event, showing available seats for new season ticket holders, taking deposits and answering any questions that new or current season ticket holders may have.

For questions regarding the event or IceHogs ticket packages, call (815) 847-6399 or send an email to ticketservices@icehogs.com.
