IceHogs return home on Friday to face Quad City
Week 22 Schedule
Hot Hog Week 21:
Tim Brent led Rockford with six points in three games during Week 21, helping the IceHogs gain five out of a possible six standings points all on the road. Brent chipped in an assist in Rockford’s 2-1 shootout loss on Wednesday in Peoria. The Hogs team captain then notched a goal and two assists in Rockford’s 6-1 win at Houston on Friday and then assisted on both of the IceHogs goals in regulation on Saturday in a 3-2 shootout win at San Antonio. Overall, Brent figured in on six of Rockford’s nine goals in Week 21.
Wednesday, March 4 at Grand Rapids Griffins. The game starts at 6 p.m. The IceHogs four-game road swing comes to an end when the team makes a final visit to the Van Andel Arena to take on the Griffins. The game is the fourth and final in the season series between the two clubs.
Friday, March 6 vs. Quad City Flames. The puck drops at 7:30 p.m. The IceHogs and Flames meet up in Rockford for the final time in 2008-09. The first 2,500 kids 14-and-under will receive an IceHogs Lunch Tin courtesy of Rock Valley Culligan, Rockford Health Systems and 13 WREX.
Saturday, March 7 at Peoria Rivermen. Game time is slated for 7 p.m. Rockford returns to the road and Peoria to take on the Rivermen at Carver Arena. The game is the ninth of 10 on the season between the West Division foes and final one in Peoria. Rockford is 1-1-0-2 in Peoria this season.

Rockford IceHogs fans can catch all of the IceHogs regular and post-season games on the Hogs flagship radio station Rockford’s Voice, WNTA-AM 1330 and 30 regular season games on ESPN Radio 1380-AM, WTJK. Fans can also watch and listen to the Hogs on the World Wide Web with AHL Live! Hog Talk Returns Tonight At Cousin’s Bar and Grill:
Bud Light Hog Talk returns tonight at Cousin’s Bar and Grill. Join Jim Stone from 6-7 p.m. at Cousin’s as he chats IceHogs hockey with Hogs Head Coach Bill Peters. Tonight’s show will also feature rookie forwards Dan Bertram and Nathan Davis Stop out to Cousin’s, located on the corner of East State St. and Perryville in Rockford, and take advantage of some great food and Bud Light specials. If you can’t make it out to Cousin’s, tune into 1330 AM, WNTA.
