Official Contest and Giveaway Rules:
By participating in any Twitter or Facebook contest (a “Promotion”) by the Rockford IceHogs, you (the “Participant”) agree to these Official Contest and Giveaway Rules. Please read them carefully prior to participating.
All contest materials are property of the Rockford IceHogs. No purchase is necessary and a purchase will not increase your odds of winning.
Rockford IceHogs Contest and Giveaways are subject to all of the laws of the United States and all localities where participants may reside and is void where prohibited or conditioned by federal or local laws or regulations of any kind. This game is being conducted under the laws of the State of Illinois.
Participation in the Promotion constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Rockford IceHogs decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Game. Contestants must be adult only facilities. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
The details and requirements for entry or participation in any Promotion shall be provided by the Rockford IceHogs account from time-to-time, in the discretion of the Rockford IceHogs account. Participants must follow the directions provided and otherwise be bound by and follow these Official Contest and Giveaway Rules to be eligible to receive a prize in connection with any Promotion.
The Participant must be a follower of either the @goicehogs Twitter account or IceHogs Facebook Fan Page (/RockfordIceHogs) to be eligible to participate. Employees, team representatives, and their immediate families are not eligible for any Promotion. The Rockford IceHogs account will determine giveaway recipients in its sole discretion. If you have received a prize in connection with the promotion in the last 30 days, you will not be eligible. The Rockford IceHogs are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. Participants who participate in a Promotion in an unsportsmanlike manner will be disqualified from the Promotion and all future promotions. If a Promotion prize recipient is determined to be ineligible, the Rockford IceHogs account may or may not give away the prize to the next eligible follower. You will be required to privately provide your name, address, and other personal information (through direct message or email) necessary to receive the prize if you are selected as the recipient. Personal information will not be shared with third parties.
Each winning Participant, by acceptance of prize, grants the Rockford IceHogs the right to publicize his/her winner information (name, city and state of residence, photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness) and prize information for promotional purposes in any media or format without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission, or notification, unless prohibited by law. All persons making a submission hereby grant to the Rockford IceHogs the irrevocable worldwide, royalty free right and license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of and publicly display the submission in accordance with these rules. The foregoing grant includes the right to display the name and any likeness submitted by the submitter.
By participating in a Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rockford IceHogs Contest and Giveaway Rules, the requirements as listed by the Rockford IceHogs account at the time the Promotion is announced or promoted, and waive any and all claims against the Rockford IceHogs for any injury, damage, or loss of any kind that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Promotion or receipt of the prize or in any travel or activity related to the Promotion.
